Please contact Dentool upon any need to return or exchange a product. Be sure to have the invoice number, part number, and description, quantity and reason for return prior to calling. Dentool will further instruct the customer on the procedure. Any product considered for return or exchange must be in new, unused condition or in an unopened package. Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you accept returns?
If you have ordered an incorrect item or if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees as they are non-refundable. You will also be required to pay the shipping of the item back to us.
Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow up to two weeks for processing.
Do you accept exchanges?
We accept exchanges. You can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order. For an exchange policy, products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Request for an exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
I received a wrong product.
If you have received an incorrect item or a defective product please report within seven days of the Invoice of the item by calling or writing an email. Dentool will further instruct you on how to return item(s).
