Dentool offers a warranty on most products sold. Check your product’s description for specific details. Warranty period begins upon installation as documented by customer invoice. Any part determined to be defective/damaged under normal use and within the warranty period will be replaced with a matching part.

How do I send back a product under a warranty?

Include your invoice to the customer.
Include Dentool’s invoice to you for the product.
Include the defective/damaged product for inspection.

If this procedure is not followed, the date of the invoice to you is used as the start date for the warranty.

What is your warranty return procedure?

Dentool will inspect the defective/damaged product. If the product is found to be defective/damaged from normal use and within the warranty period, the defective/damaged part will be replaced with a new one and returned to the customer.
